Delete your Bidder account
Bidder is the live auction app by Bidder, Inc. Here you can ask us to delete your account and your data, even if you no longer have the app.
In the app: Profile → Settings (the gear) → Delete account.
Without the app: enter your account's email and we'll send you a link to confirm.
What is deleted
Your profile (name, username, photo and bio), your email and phone, your addresses, your saved cards, your listings and shows, your messages, comments and chats, who you follow and what you like, and your photos.
What is kept
Records of orders, payments, payouts and credit, without your personal details, for as long as the law requires, for accounting and tax obligations.
When
Your account is locked and hidden right away and deleted after 30 days. Sign in to the app during those 30 days to restore it.
Before you delete
Finish open orders as a buyer or seller, live or scheduled shows and pending payouts, and use any credit you bought. If anything is still open, we'll tell you.
